The Best Banana Nut Muffins (Ever) For the Batter: 1 1/3 c. all purpose flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 1/3 c. coconut oil, melted 3-4 overripe bananas, mashed 1/3 c.
